New Hire I-9

 

The Compliance function is accessible from the View menu.  When selected, the system displays the available compliance functions available to meet federal reporting requirements.

 

 

Clicking on the New Hire I-9 icon displays Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, which must be completed by new employees to verify that they are authorized to work in the United States.

The system prepopulates the form based on data in the Employee Profile.  The document (in pdf format) contains interactive form fields.  You may complete the form on-screen and then print it.
